Bangladesh Police Sub-Inspector Recruitment Admit Card or admit card download will be informed to the eligible candidates through SMS in due course. However, those candidates who are considered ineligible will not receive any SMS regarding admit card download.

Bangladesh Police SI Recruitment Admit Card will be intimated in due course on website http://police.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates).

All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.

Online application rules for physical fitness verification test including verification of physical measurements and documents:
First step:

By entering the link http://police.teletalk.com.bd you have to fill the application form for Physical Endurance Test along with verification of physical measurements and documents.
Every eligible candidate will get a USER ID immediately after filling the application form. In this case, the candidate has to pay a service charge of Tk.40/- (forty) (non-refundable) from any teletalk prepaid mobile number within 24 hours of filling the application form.

Candidate’s signature (Length 300 × Width 8o Pixel) and color photograph (Length 300 × Width 300 Pixel) should be scanned in the online application form and uploaded at the designated place.
The information filled by the applicant will be used in all subsequent activities, so before submitting the online application form, the candidate must be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information.
Candidates should keep a print copy of the online filled application form for use in any exam related need.
Even if all parts of the online application form are filled and submitted, the online application will not be accepted until the examination fee is submitted.

Second Step: Every candidate has to send two SMS using his USER ID from any Teletalk prepaid mobile number having a balance of at least Tk 40/- (forty).

First SMS: Send SIP USER ID to 16222.

Physical ability verification test including verification of physical dimensions and documents:

Candidates have to participate in 7 events of Physical Endurance Test (PET) viz.- Running, Long Jump, High Jump, Pushup, Situp, Dragging and Rope Climbing at the scheduled test center, date and time under their category.

The steps for selecting candidates for the post of Sub Inspector (SI-Unarmed) in Bangladesh Police are:
According to the Bangladesh Police Cadet Sub-Inspector of Police (Unarmed) recruitment circular 2024, the recruitment test will be conducted in eight stages, the two stages are:

1. Preliminary screening
2. Physical size and endurance test
3. Written and Psychological Test
4. Computer-proficiency test
5. Intelligence and verbal tests
6. health check
7. Police Verification
8. Final nomination for basic training.

Candidates are required to attend the physical fitness verification test along with physical size and document verification along with the following documents – 01 attested copy of each.

• 02 (two) copies of Admit Card for Physical Endurance Test.
• Original copy of Educational Qualification Certificate/Temporary Certificate.
• Original copy of character certificate issued by the Principal of the last educational institution.
• Original copy of Permanent Citizenship Certificate issued by the Mayor/Ward Councilor (as applicable) of the permanent resident of the district.
• Indemnity declaration form of the candidate downloaded from online and consent letter given by parents or legal guardian.
• Original copy of National Identity Card of the candidate (if the candidate does not have National Identity Card then original copy of the National Identity Card of the candidate’s parents).
• 3 (three) copies of recent passport size color photographs attested by a Government Gazetted Officer.
• Minimum 3 (three) weeks computer training experience on MS Office, Web Browsing and Troubleshooting with original copy of certificate.
• Permission letter from appropriate authority is mandatory in case of candidates working in Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Organisations.
• Original copy of gazette issued in the name of freedom fighter in case of revision of age of children of veer freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter.

[ Photocopies of all certificates, photographs and other documents (if any) must be attested by a gazetted officer of the first class. The attestation shall bear the name, designation, seal and signature of the attesting officer]

Preliminary Screening Test:

Based on SSC, HSC, Degree/Graduate/Equivalent examination results and height, a certain number of qualified candidates are selected for physical fitness test through webbased preliminary screening based on recruitment rules.

Physical Size and Endurance Test:
Candidates shortlisted in the web-based preliminary screening will have to participate in the Physical Endurance Test along with physical measurement, document verification on the date, time and place mentioned in the notification. In this phase the candidate has to participate in seven events. The events are running, long jump, high jump, push up, sit up, dragging and rope climbing.

Physical fitness test for the post of Sub Inspector (SI-Unarmed) in Bangladesh Police is divided into three days:
first day

Candidates will be present at the exam venue with all the documents. After appearing at the venue, their height will be measured with a specific scale and they will be admitted to the main venue of the examination.
Height, weight and chest size of male candidates will be measured as per the qualification mentioned in the notification.

Candidates documents will be verified. Candidates will be declared eligible if the physical measurements and documents are verified and a copy of the admit card will be given to the candidates to participate in the physical fitness verification test.
Eligible candidates will be given a copy of Indemnity Declaration along with notification of Physical Endurance Test (PET) time on the first day. The indemnity declaration form with the signature of the guardian must be submitted to the appropriate authorities before participating in the second day of examination.
second day

Physical fitness verification test is to be performed separately for each event. If a candidate fails to participate in one, he/she will not be able to participate in the next phase.

• 1st (Running): Male candidates have to run 1600 meters in 7 minutes 30 seconds and female candidates have to run 1000 meters in 7 minutes.
• 2nd (Long Jump): Male candidates must jump a distance of at least 10 feet and female candidates at least 6 feet. You will get a maximum of three chances to pass this step.
• 3rd (High Jump): Male candidates must clear a height of at least 3.5 feet and female candidates at least 2.5 feet. You will get a maximum of three chances to pass this step as well.

Written and Psychological Test:

Candidates who have passed the physical fitness test will have to participate in written and psychological test of 250 marks in three subjects. There will be an examination of 100 marks in English, Bengali Essay and Composition, 100 marks in General Knowledge and Mathematics and 50 marks in Psychology.

Computer-Ability Test:

Candidates who have cleared the written and psychological tests will have to appear for the computer-skills test as per the scheduled venue, date and schedule. Microsoft Office, Web Browsing and Troubleshooting will be tested in this exam.

Intelligence and Verbal Test:

At this stage candidates have to participate in intelligence and verbal test of 50 marks. Based on the marks obtained in the written, psychological and intelligence and oral tests, the results of the qualified candidates will be published as per the recruitment rules.

Health Check:
Candidates who have cleared the written, psychological, intelligence and oral tests will have to participate in the health test at the Central Police Hospital, Dhaka on the scheduled date and time.

Police Verification
Filled police verification form should be submitted at the time of participating in the health test. A candidate will be initially nominated for training only if he/she is found satisfactory in police verification.

Final nomination for Basic Training:

Nomination for Basic Training Candidates recommended by the Selection Board will be finally nominated for Basic Training on satisfactory consideration after declaration of eligibility in health examination and completion of police verification. In this case, if the candidate conceals any information or gives incomplete, incorrect or false information in the police verification form, the candidature will be cancelled. Candidates selected as Cadet Sub-Inspector of Police (Unarmed) will have to attend one year basic training at Bangladesh Police Academy, Sarada, Rajshahi.

Training Facilities:
Free food, accommodation, uniform and medical care will be provided during training. Apart from this the trainees will be entitled to training allowance at the prescribed rate as per government rules; If any of the selected candidates for the post of Cadet Sub-Inspector of Police (Unarmed) does not appear at the Bangladesh Police Academy Sarda on the scheduled date for one year basic training, the candidate will be deemed not to have agreed to join the service. In this case, he will not have any opportunity to receive that training or enter the job later. Candidates appointed to the post of Apprentice Sub-Inspector of Police (Unarmed) must remain unmarried till the completion of Apprenticeship.
