According to the Trainee Recruit Constable (TRC) recruitment circular 2024, the recruitment test will be conducted in 07 stages, the steps are:

Selection Procedure for Recruitment of Police Constable:

1. Second SMS: TRC Yes PIN Number and send to 16222.
Example: TRC YES 1234567890
Reply: Congratulations! Applicant’s Name, Your payment has been successfully completed for Written Test of TRC Recruitment Exam January 2024. User ID is (xxxxxxxxx) and Password is (xxxxxxxxx).

Download the written test admit card containing details like roll number, post name, photograph, test date, time and venue/centre name etc. by accessing http://police.teletalk.com.bd website using User ID and Password sent in SMS 01 Copies must be printed.

4. Psychological and Oral Test: Candidates who qualify the written test will have to attend the psychological and oral test of 15 marks on the date mentioned in the notification.
5. Primary Selection: In order of merit on the basis of marks obtained in written and psychological and oral tests following the existing quota system (General, Freedom Fighters, Ansar and VDP, Orphans, Police Pets and Minority Tribes Quota) issued by the Government in favor of the quota for actual vacancies in each district. Candidates will be selected initially.
6. Health Test and Police Verification: Initially selected candidates will have to attend the health test. In this case the selected candidates will have to attend the Pathological Investigation along with the medical history completed and physical examination data examined by the Medical Officer at the Central Police Hospital, Rajarbagh, Dhaka on the scheduled date and time. Health examination report from any institution other than Central Police Hospital, Rajarbagh will not be accepted by the Medical Board.

The decision taken by the concerned medical board on the health examination will be considered final. If declared ineligible in health examination 01 (one) time, no application for re-health examination will be considered. Candidates qualified in Health Test Police Verification
