3. 5 × 5 cm recent photograph along with original application form. 03 (three) copies of size color photograph (attested with gazetted officer’s nominal seal) should be attached. Candidate must be a permanent resident of Gazipur district.
4. A separate return envelope containing the name and address of the candidate bearing a postage stamp of size 10” x 4” affixed with a postage stamp of Tk.
5. Candidate should clearly write the post name and quota name where applicable in bold on the envelope. Application will be rejected if wrong quota is mentioned. Besides, the candidate should write the mandatory mobile number in the return envelope.

Recruitment Rules for Oral Examination

Gazipur District Commissioner’s Office Recruitment Circular 2024 Candidates must bring the original and 01 (one) set of attested copies of all the certificates along with the following credentials for verification of information during the oral examination. Oral examination will not be accepted if required documents are not accompanied. It should be noted that there is no need to attach other documents with the original application form except photo and copy of invoice.

(a) No mark sheets or testimonials except attested photocopies of all educational qualifications and other certificates (attested with gazetted officer’s nominal seal) are acceptable.

(b) Original Certificate of Citizenship issued by the Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/City Corporation Councillor/Authorised Person/Officer of the candidate’s home area.

(c) Attested photocopy of National Identity Card and Birth Registration Certificate (but for those who do not have National Identity Card attested copy of registration slip issued by Election Commission). Note that the name and address must be the same in both the National Identity Card and the Birth Registration Certificate.

(d) Attested photocopy of certificate issued/issued by the appropriate authority in favor of the applicant in the quota prescribed by the Government.

(e) Attested photocopy of the certificate signed and countersigned by the above authority as per the latest Government circular to prove the candidate’s father/mother or grandfather/grandparents as freedom fighters in case of sons and daughters and grandsons of Muktijoha. Affidavit of applicant’s relationship with a freedom fighter should be provided by the appropriate authority.

(f) Attested photocopy of certificate issued by higher authority of physically handicapped.

(g) Attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the above authority in Minority Group and Ansar-VDP quota.

(j) Govt norms regarding quota for candidate belonging to Freedom Fighter’s Son/Daughter (Grandson/Granddaughter if applicable)/Women/Ansar VDP/Orphan/Physically Handicapped/Minority will be followed. In this case the candidate must be a photocopy of the certificate/certificate issued by the appropriate authority in support of his quota claim attested by the Gazetted Officer. Otherwise the application will be considered as rejected.

(j) Harijan community should submit ‘Jat Harijan Sanad’ issued by appropriate authority.
