Compensation & Other Benefits
- Graduate/Equivalent Pass Applicants Apprenticeship Monthly Salary will be Tk.22000/- (Twenty Two Thousand) in all. Pain scale will be awarded as per organization rules after regularization after successful completion of apprenticeship period. 24000/-(twenty four thousand) during apprenticeship for post graduate pass (without experience) candidates. Pain scale will be awarded as per organization rules after regularization after successful completion of training period.
- After successful completion of Apprenticeship period (six months) for the said post, other benefits (Provident Fund, Gratuity, Annual Salary Increase, 02 Festival Allowance, Encashment of Annual Earned (Unutilized) Leave, Promotion (where applicable) etc.) will be provided as per organization rules. Monthly mobile bill and daily food allowance will be paid at the fixed rate of the organization. Candidates selected for all posts have to deposit a security deposit (refundable) of Tk.10,000/- (Ten thousand) in favor of the organization and join with bicycle or motorcycle while joining the job.
