Disqualification for the candidate:

3. Amblyopia and farsightedness greater than 2.5 diopters and astigmatism greater than 1.0 diopters in each eye will be considered ineligible.
4. Disqualified by the Appellate Medical Board of Army, Navy, Air Force.
5. Doctors with a total of 02 (two) or more referred in all professional examinations of Medical and Dental Colleges will be considered ineligible for admission to the Army.

Selection Procedure:

1. Preliminary Selection (Health and Oral) Examination: Preliminary Selection (Health and Oral) Examination will be held from 27 October 2024 to 07 November 2024 in various cantonments. If a candidate is unable to appear on the day of the examination, he can attend the examination on any day within the specified time. However, the change of exam date should be reported directly to the respective exam center in advance.
2. Written Test: Candidates who have cleared the preliminary selection test will have to appear in the written test in Bengali, English, General Mathematics and General Knowledge at the place mentioned in the interview letter. The written examination will be held on 15 November 2024 (Friday) at 0900 hrs. The result of the written test will be published on the website (https://joinbangladesharmy.army.mil.bd/) in the first week of December 2024.
3. Inter-Services Selection Board (ISSB) Examination: Candidates who qualify the written examination have to appear for the examination/interview at the ISSB located at Dhaka Cantonment on the scheduled date. The exam/interview date will be published on the ISSB website (www.issb-bd.org). The examination will be completed in four days and all expenses will be borne by the government.
4. Final Health Test: Candidates will have to attend the final health test after the ISSB examination.
5. FINAL SELECTION AND ISSUANCE OF JOINING GUIDELINES: Candidates subject to final qualification in health test will be finally selected and issued joining guidelines by HQ, AG’s Wing, PA Directorate.

Disqualification for the candidate:

• Removed/dismissed from Army/Navy/Air Force or any Government service.
• Screened out/rejected 02 (two) times by ISSB (once screened out and once rejected can apply). However, candidates screened out/rejected 02 (two) times in the previous 05 (five) years can also apply.
• Amblyopia and farsightedness greater than 2.5 diopters and astigmatism greater than 1.0 diopters in each eye will be considered ineligible.
• Disqualified by the Appellate Medical Board of Army, Navy, Air Force.
• Doctors who have received a total of 02 (two) or more in all professional examinations of the Medical College will be considered ineligible for admission to the Army.

Bangladesh Army Recruitment Exam Participation Conditions:

According to the Bangladesh Army Job Circular 2024 recruitment, the recruitment test will be conducted in two stages

1. written test
2. oral examination
3. Computer proficiency test for other qualifications. (as per post).

Only the candidates who qualify the written test will be allowed to appear in the oral test. All the candidates are required to produce the following documents at the time of oral examination. Original copy must be produced. 01 attested copy of each should be taken along.
