After successful completion of Apprenticeship will be permanent as “Senior Officer” and will get total salary of Tk.80, 815/- monthly with other benefits in regular pay scale of Tk.34,300-Increment- Tk.1,000X59- Tk.93,300/-.

2) Post Name: Assistant Officer (AO)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum three First Class/Class (Third Class/Class not acceptable at any stage of academic life).
B) Other conditions: Candidates will be posted in any branch/sub-branch of the bank located in the rural areas of the country.
C) Benefits: The selected Assistant Officers (AO) will be Apprentices for 1 (one) year and will receive a monthly salary of Tk.40,000/- per month inclusive. After successful completion of Apprenticeship they will be permanent in the job and regular pay scale ta. 24,100-increment-hours 650×59-hours.62,450 with other benefits will get total salary of Tk.49,405/- per month.

3) Post Name: Trainee Officer-Sales (TO-Sales)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum three First Class/Class (Third Class/Class not acceptable at any stage of academic life).
Other conditions: Candidates will be posted at the upazila level of the country with the target of disbursing retail / SME loans and selling credit / prepaid cards including deposit collection.
C) Benefits: Selected Trainee Officer-Sales (TO-Sales) – Gana will be Apprentice for 1 (one) year and will get monthly salary of Tk.35,000/- per month inclusive. After successful completion of Apprenticeship they will be settled in the job and regular pay scale ta. 22,370-Increment-Tax 550×59-Tax.54,820 with other benefits will get a total salary of Tk.45,859/- per month.

4) Post Name: Trainee Cash Officer (TCO) for Sylhet Division
A) Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University (Third Division/Class is not acceptable at any stage of academic career).

b) Other Terms:
(i) Candidates will be posted in the branch/sub-branch of the bank located in Sylhet region.
(ii) Candidates should have their permanent address (as per NID) in Sylhet Division and should be a citizen of Bangladesh. However, it is noted that, despite not being a permanent resident of Sylhet Division, candidates who wish to work permanently in Sylhet Division can also apply; In that case, no posting will be done in the branch/sub-branch of the bank located in other regions of the country except Sylhet division during the working life.

C) Benefits: The selected Trainee Cash Officers (TCO) will be trainees for 1 (one) year and will receive a monthly salary of Tk.26,000/- per month inclusive. After successful completion of Apprenticeship they will be permanent in service and regular pay scale of Tk.17,580-Increment- Tk.175×39- Tk. 24,405 will get a total monthly salary of Tk.36,039/- along with other benefits.

5) Post Name: Sales Manager (SM) for Agent Banking
A) Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University (Third Division/Class is not acceptable at any stage of academic career).
B) Other conditions: Candidates will be posted to work in agent outlets under agent banking department located in remote rural areas of any part of the country.

C) Benefits: The selected Sales Managers (SM) will be Apprentices for 1 (one) year and will receive a monthly salary of Tk.32,000/- per month inclusive. After successful completion of Apprenticeship they will be permanent in the job and will get a total salary of Tk.42,130/- per month with other benefits in the regular pay scale of Tk.18,600- Increment- Tk.400X39- Tk.34,200.
